We have identified that the issue with accessing the DNS Management portal was caused by a connection to the backend being problematic, resulting in failed traffic routing.
Resolution: To address this, the team has redirected the traffic which has successfully resolved the issue.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with the Manage DNS section of the control panel, where users are unable to access the Manage DNS section, add or modify DNS records. When attempting to access this section, the following error is encountered:
Error: Bad Gateway
Please note that this issue does not impact the resolution of domains using OrderBox Name Servers. While DNS records cannot be managed at this time, domain resolution will continue to function as expected.
Our system administration team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue and will provide updates as soon as further details are available.
