We were facing Webmail Login issues with our Business and Enterprise email services.
You might have encountered the error “Connection Error” OR “504 Gateway Time-out" while accessing your account via the webmail interface.
This error was limited to the webmail interface and accessing / sending / receiving emails via the email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. should have been working as expected.
Our server administration team has fixed this issue. You should not face any errors while accessing the webmail interface. However, we shall continue monitoring the server for the next few hours to ensure that there are no further problems.
