Intermittent issues with Reseller control panel login

We have monitored the situation and verified that the issue has been fully resolved for all our users.

You should be able to access your control panels now and related services with respect to managing orders, API, accessing the Expresscart/Supersite without any issues.

We thank you for your cooperation and apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Monitoring

Our system administration team has been able to restore the connection successfully. All the impacted services are restored.

You should now be able to login and navigate through your orders in the Control Panel seamlessly.

Investigating

We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox when accessing the reseller control panels, which may result in session timeout prompts.

Our System Administration Team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
