Intermittent issue with website resolution using Orderbox DNS zone in multiple regions

We have monitored the situation and verified that the issue has been fully resolved by clearing the block on affected network.

We noticed an increase in traffic from the Singapore data center (DC), so we asked Cloudflare to block it. This caused issues for customers whose queries went through the Singapore DC, preventing them from accessing websites. We have requested Cloudflare and got the Singapore DC unblocked to reduce the impact.

You should be able to access the websites now, though there may be initial delays and intermittent issues due to propagation delays.

Our Server Administration team is monitoring the traffic and will address any issues as they arise. We'll post further updates here.

Our System Administration team has identified the issue with the Cloudflare block causing issues with services depending on Orderbox DNS across multiple regions.

They are in contact with the Cloudflare team to unblock the traffic.
