This issue is completely resolved. We have monitored the gateway login page and recent transactions and could confirm that all the transactions are completing successfully and the funds are also being added to the respective accounts seamlessly.

Monitoring

There was an intermittent server issue at CCAvenue payment gateway. The team has refreshed the connections and it is working fine now.

We have noticed that the portal login and latest transactions are successfully going through.

However, we will continue monitoring the transactions to ensure all the services are running smoothly.

Investigating

We are facing intermittent issues while redirecting to the CCAvenue payment gateway. Our development team is currently working on resolving the same.

You may face errors while accessing the payment gateway portal and processing your transaction. Hence, we request you to use alternate payment modes to add funds to your reseller account by going to My Billing >> Add funds.

You can also make an offline payments to our Bank account. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Our concerned team is already looking into the problem. We will keep you updated with the issue details as soon as we complete our initial investigation.
