Our System Administration team has successfully implemented a patch fix to address the reported issue. As a result, you should not face any issues related to orderbox system emails, now you should be able to receive emails such as RAA, Contact modification etc. without encountering any further difficulties.

During investigation, our team discovered that network issue is causing email failures. Hence they involved the network operations team and found that the emails were being sent through the wrong network path. Once they corrected this, the issue was resolved. The exact root cause is still under investigation.
