Our System Administration team has successfully implemented a patch fix to address the reported issue. During investigation, our team discovered that network issue is causing email failures. Hence they involved the network operations team and found that the emails were being sent through the wrong network path. Once they corrected this, the issue was resolved. The exact root cause is still under investigation.
