Webmail login issues for Business and Enterprise email.

Our System Administration team has successfully implemented a patch fix to address the reported issue. As a result, you should now be able to log in to our Business and Enterprise email services without encountering any further difficulties.

Monitoring

We were facing Webmail Login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service.

Our System Administration team had quickly identified the issue and pushed a patch to fix the issue. You should not face any errors while accessing the webmail interface.

However, we shall continue monitoring the server for the next few hours to ensure that there are no further problems.

Investigating

We are currently facing intermittent issues with the Webmail interface of our Business and Enterprise email service.

You might encounter the following error:

“roundcube-production-cf.tx1.mailhostbox.com Verifying you are human. This may take a few seconds.”

Our senior administrators are already working on this and are trying to fix this as soon as possible. Please watch this thread for further updates.
