Business & Enterprise email outbound IPs blacklisted

Opened on March 29th, 2024 2:29 pm GMT, last updated May 24th, 2024 9:57 am GMT

Resolved

We have delisted the majority of IPs now, email delivery rate has improved. We have been monitoring the mail activities and observed a reduction in failed deliveries because of the blacklisting reason.

We're making a lot of progress here, and currently few more IP delisting requests are in progress. We shall continue to work on mitigating abuse activity however, the email functionality is working fine now.

Please feel free to reach out to our support team for any further concerns.

Our system admins have managed to delist few more IPs from RBL and emails delivery rate is improved now. We are still working on this to delist all our IPs on priority.

We are still monitoring it further to see a decline in abuse activity.

While we actively work towards restoring the services, we request you to watch this thread for further updates.

Unfortunately, a couple of our outbound IPs / Subnets are blacklisted at Spamhaus recently. We could see that a couple of emails are getting rejected due to the same.

Please note that several of these mail-sending outbound gateway IPs work in a round-robin fashion. You may try sending an email in the very next instance, which should be sent successfully if an alternate sending IP is used. Be rest assured that our team is already working on this issue and the IPs will be delisted soon.

Our email outbounds now have "Spam IP check" enabled. This is to prevent spam from leaving our outbounds by blocking spammy client IPs. This additional check will help us to get our outbound IPs delisted at the earliest and to avoid such issues in the future.

We ask for your patience as we look into the situation more thoroughly and take appropriate administrative action. The delisting process involves a third party which is why there is a delay.

Please reach out to our support teams for any questions or concerns.
