We came to know that there was some outage happening at Sectigo end and our teams contacted the vendor. Later we received a response from our vendor Sectigo that no further outages are happening at their end. So the SSL orders would no longer get stuck for verification after the completion of the verification.
Also all the previous stuck orders are now processed and active.

We have identified an issue due to which the SSL orders are not getting processed post verification.
Our System Adminstration Team is already working on this and will resolve the same shortly.
