Our Netops team identified that there was a network issue at Provo Data Center. They detected the primary ISP to be down and switched the network. The team manually routed the network traffic via another ISP to restore all the affected services.
All the services are successfully restored and currently working fine. We were closely monitoring the services for sometime and do not see any issues. You should be able to access the servers without any issues now.

The VPS and Dedicated servers are restored to fully functional now. The identified issue attributed to network issues on platform that has been addressed promptly.
