Webmail login issues for Business and Enterprise email.

Our Netops team identified that there was a network issue at Provo Data Center. They detected the primary ISP to be down and switched the network. The team manually routed the network traffic via another ISP to restore all the affected services.

All the services are successfully restored and currently working fine. We were closely monitoring the services for sometime and do not see any issues. You should be able to access the website, database and email services seamlessly on all the platforms.

The webmail logins have been successfully restored to full functionality. The identified issue, attributed to a load on our internal servers, has been addressed promptly.

Our Network Administrators just configured all the static routes that were affected which have restored the majority of the services. However, issue with webmail login has re-occured.

You may face "502 Bad Gateway" and "Login Failed" error while accessing Webmail Interface.

We are actively working towards completely restoring all the services. An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.

The webmail logins are now functional.

The issue was identified and caused due to a load on our internal servers. We are observing a delay in sending emails (Business & Enterprise email hosting) due to the mail queue, which will be fixed once the mail queue is cleared. Our teams shall continue to gather reports and monitor the email service for the next few hours.

Investigating

We are currently facing intermittent issue with the webmail interface of our Business and Enterprise email service.

You might Encounter following error:

“Login Failed”

Our senior administrators are already working on this and are trying to fix this as soon as possible.
