Intermittent issue with Supersite and Expresscart

The issues with Supersite and Expresscart have now been fixed and the services are now operational.

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running.

Our System Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.

We are receiving reports of an intermittent issue while accessing our Control panels, Supersite and Expresscart.

Our development and System Admin teams are already aware of the issue and efforts are ongoing to resolve it at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
