Issue with enrollment of SSL certificates

We received a report indicating that customers encountered an error message during the SSL renewal process. The Rosetta team opened a ticket with Sectigo, and Sectigo confirmed experiencing timeouts in our issuance server. After a while, the vendor (Sectigo) applied the fix, and the issue was resolved.

You will now be able to enroll SSL orders seamlessly without any issues.

Monitoring

Sectigo has informed us that certificate issuance will work fine now but some delay is expected because of the backlog being cleared in the coming hours.

We have confirmed that the connection is now successfully restored. You should be able to access and enroll the orders successfully.

We shall continue to actively monitor the services and will request you to please follow this post for further updates.

Sectigo has informed us that the issue has relapsed and they are experiencing delays in their public certificate issuance due to a degradation of service. The issue has been identified, and they are actively working on a resolution. You may experience error or delayed issuance until all the backlog has been cleared.

We shall continue posting updates regarding any progress on this as soon as we have more details available.

Sectigo has informed us that they are currently experiencing technical issues with their systems due to which SSL certificates are not being issued in a timely manner.

They are currently working on resolving this at their end after which SSL certificates should be issued without any delays.

We shall continue posting updates as soon as we have more details available.

Identified

The System Administration Team has identified that there is ongoing issue at Sectigo due to which the services are impacted. The team is working with Sectigo to get it fixed.

We will update the thread as and when we have more details on the progress of this issue.

Investigating

We are currently facing issues with the enrollment of the SSL certificate orders. You may encounter a following error during the certificate enrollment process:

"Oops something went wrong. Please try again later."

Our development team is currently investigating this issue on priority.
