Intermittent Issues with .COM TLD Domain Registration

The intermittent domain registration issue with the .COM Registry has been resolved.

Our development team has identified the issue with regards to .COM Registry connections. The Registry connections are up and all actions such as domain name registration, renewal and transfer should execute seamlessly.

Our team was able to deploy a fix to Registry connections. You should now be able to register domains using the Supersite or API calls, the new order shall be processed successfully. However, the already placed registration actions that are stuck are being checked by our development team and shall be processed soon.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide another update shortly.

We are currently having an issue on our platform which is affecting Domain Registration related actions on our Supersite as well as while running API calls for .COM TLD.
