The development team identified that the Sectigo certificate was expired due to which all premium DNS-related actions were stuck in the system which also intermittent issues with the SSL orders.
The team has worked on it and updated the certificate to resolve the issue and also confirmed this with the vendor. Premium DNS services and SSL-related issues are resolved. You should be able to access the orders successfully. We shall continue to actively monitor the services and will request you to please follow this post for further updates.
We are facing intermittent issues with SSL orders. You won't be able to access the SSL certificate from our control panel.
Also, we are seeing issue with our Premium DNS actions which is related due to which actions are not getting provisioned.
Our development team is currently investigating this issue on priority.
