Intermittent Issues on our Shared Linux Servers

We have monitored the configuration changes and verified that all services related to the server are fully functional.

You will be able to seamlessly access your websites and also be able to access and use the hosting panels (cPanel/WHM) and databases without any issues.

Our Network Team deployed a fix using a new switch on the server and the servers are now fully functional.

We will continue to monitor the changes made to ensure that the services are stable, and post another update once the observation is complete.

Our Network Team has identified there was an issue with the server switches due to which the services were impacted. The teams are working on replacing the faulty switch with the new one.

They shall continue to work on the same. An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.

We are observing some intermittent issues on few of our Linux Hosting servers.

You may face issues while accessing your websites and also some slowness in the hosting panels (cPanel/WHM) and databases. Our Server Administration Team is currently working on the impacted servers.
