Monitoring

The development team identified that there was a connection issue caused at the Sectigo's Issuance Platform. They have confirmed that the connection are now successfully restored. You should be able to access the orders successfully.

We shall continue to actively monitor the services and will request you to please follow this post for further updates.

Identified

We are still having issues while enrolling, verifying, adding and/or renewing the SSL certificates on our platform.

Our Development team has identified the issue and is currently working with our SSL vendor to fix the issue.

An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.

Investigating

We are currently having issues on our platform with SSL orders while enrolling, verifying, adding and/or renewing the SSL certificates.

Our System Administration Team has already detected the issue at the vendor's end (Sectigo). The concerned team is checking further with them in order to resolve the issue at the earliest.

We will continue to provide updates here as and when available. We highly appreciate your co-operation and patience in the meantime.
