Intermittent issues on Orderbox

We have monitored the situation and verified that the issue has been fully resolved for all our users.

You should be able to access your control panels now and related services with respect to managing orders, API, accessing the Expresscart/Supersite without any issues.

Monitoring

Our system administration team identified that the issue was caused due to connectivity failure on backend and have successfully restored all the impacted services.

You should be able to access your control panels now and related services with respect to managing orders, accessing the Expresscart/Supersite as the impacted services are now working seamlessly.

We shall continue to monitor our services to make sure everything is fully functional. Kindly follow the thread for further details.

Investigating

We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox where you might face issues while logging in to the panel, accessing the Expresscart/Supersite to place orders and performing registration/renewal actions in the panel along with managing orders. This is also causing issues with order provisioning.

Our System Administration Team is actively working to fix this as soon as possible. An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
