Our Server Administration team has rectified this issue. All the services are successfully restored and currently working fine.

We have closely monitored the situation and the servers are fully functional since our last update.

Monitoring

Our Server Administration Team deployed the fix on these servers and stabilized the CPU load.

You will now be able to access the website, send and receive emails seamlessly along with accessing the Plesk panel without any issues.

We are actively monitoring the situation to ensure that the issues are completely resolved and the thread will be updated soon.

Identified

We have diagnosed the cause of the issue and identified an increase in CPU load which is being worked upon by the server administration team.

We shall update the thread with more information shortly.
