Intermittent Issues with Domain Registration

We have monitored the affected services closely and all the impacted services are successfully restored.

The registry connections were affected and our team refreshed these connections to resolve the issue.

The issue was caused due to a network problem.

Our team was able to resolve the issue by fixing the Registry connections. You should now be able to register domains using the Supersite or API calls, and also perform other domain related tasks such as nameserver updates seamlessly.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide another update shortly.

We are currently having an issue on our platform which is affecting Domain Registration related actions on our Supersite as well as while running API calls. Other actions associated with domains such as nameserver updates are also impacted.
