Our resolver team observed a huge spike in Orderbox alerts which leaded to 500 errors. Also, observed that Cloudflare was flapping and then suspected an issue with the application.
Our team then stopped all the network traffic & restarted the PODs to fix the issue.
The services have been monitored and all issues have been completely resolved.

Monitoring
Our System Administration team has successfully restored all the impacted services.
You should be able to access your control panels now and related services with respect to managing orders, API, accessing the Expresscart/Supersite as the impacted services are now working seamlessly.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing intermittent login issues while accessing the OrderBox control panel and API. Our System Administration team has been alerted of this issue and is already working towards resolving it at the earliest.
