Upon system recovery, most functionalities were reinstated, except for those reliant on the messaging queue, such as SMS, two-factor authentication (2FA), and reminder emails. To address the problem, we expanded the allocated storage space for the messaging queue and cleared all pending messages.
Following these steps, the messaging queue returned to normal operation, restoring full functionality to the affected services.
