Our development team identified that the issue was with regards to server's automation task scheduler which was disabled to bring the services backup. After re-enabling the automation task scheduler, we observed that all services and actions were now going through successfully.
The concerned team has monitored the services for a good period of time and we have not noticed any further issues.
