We had two of our mail storage servers facing load issues which were impacting the POP and IMAP connections, along with incoming email delivery. Our System Administration Team suspected an issue with the storage devices as there was a significant latency in file operations.
In order to fix the issue, the team immediately reattached the storage devices to fix the latency and restarted the services one by one to allow the traffic in slowly.
We closely monitored the changes and have not noticed any issues so far.

Our System Administration team has successfully resolved the issue. You will be able to send/receive emails and the logins are working absolutely fine.

We are currently facing intermittent issues with our Free, Business and Enterprise Email Services, due to which you will encounter an error while accessing the Webmail and also while sending/receiving emails.
