Intermittent issue in IMPS funds through virtual account

The issue has been resolved.

Imps Payments through virtual account are reflecting in the account.

Payments done yesterday during the issue will reflect in the next 24 hours after the MIS records are updated by the payment gateway

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

The payment gateway partners are still working on the issue. We have not received a time frame

In the meanwhile, we request you to opt for alternative modes for urgent order from your account

Please note gateways i.e. CCAvenue UPI, Rupay and QR code or Payu UPI Rupay have no payment gateway fees for making payments via them. Funds will be directly added to your account.

We are facing an intermittent issue in receiving IMPS funds from Virtual accounts.

Due to which your payments have not been auto credited to your accounts. We have reported this to our payment gateway partners and they have assured us that issue will be resolved soon.

Meanwhile, we request you to please add funds through alternative modes for urgent order from your account.

To know the alternate mode of payment, please click on My Billing->Add Funds.
