Intermittent Issues with Orderbox Control Panel

We have closely monitored our services. The issue is now resolved and you should be able to access all the servers seamlessly.

Monitoring

Our system administration team has been able to restore the connection successfully. All the impacted services are restored.

You should now be able to login and navigate through your orders in the Control Panel seamlessly.

We shall continue to monitor our services to make sure everything is stable. Please follow the thread for further details.

Investigating

Earlier the impacted network nodes were rebooted and the connection to Orderbox was successfully restored. However we are again noticing alerts for issues with login to Control Panel, API calls to Orderbox and managing orders.

Our System Administration Team is actively working to fix this as soon as possible.

An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
