Login Issues with Orderbox

The issues with OrderBox Control Panel login have now been fixed and the services are now operational.

Our network team has deployed the fix as there was a routing related issue affecting access to the Control Panel. You should now be able to seamlessly login to your Control Panel without any issues.

We will also continue to closely monitor the servers to ensure that the services are stable. Please follow this thread for more further updates.

We have received reports of login issues with OrderBox while accessing the control panel and managing orders, this includes an error while accessing the control panel link.
