Network Connectivity Issues on Multiple Servers

Our Netops team identified that there was a network issue at Provo Data Center. They detected the primary ISP to be down and corrected the DNS address. The team manually routed the network traffic via another ISP to restore all the affected services.

All the services are successfully restored and currently working fine. We were closely monitoring the services for sometime and do not see any issues. You should be able to access the website, database and email services seamlessly on all the platforms.

Monitoring

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running.

Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.

Investigating

We are currently facing network connectivity issues on multiple servers due to which you might face intermittent issues while:

  • Intermittent issues with OrderBox
  • Slowness while accessing the control panel
  • Making API calls & managing orders.
  • Sending/Receiving emails
  • Accessing the Website on a browser
  • Accessing the cPanel/WHM Panel
  • While accessing VPS/Dedicated servers

Our server and network administration teams are working towards resolving the same on priority. While we actively work towards restoring the services, we request you to watch this thread for further updates.
