We have successfully restored the services on our cloud hosting server and all services are currently working fine.
You should be able to access the website, database and email services seamlessly on all the platforms again.

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running.
Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.
