The development team identified that there was a connection issue caused at the Sectigo's Issuance Platform.
They have confirmed that the connection are now successfully restored. You should be able to access the orders successfully.

We are currently facing issues with our SSL orders as there is a service disruption and backlog on sectigos end.
You may face errors while accessing and issuing SSL certificates from the Control Panel.
