The load issue that we were facing with our Business and Enterprise email service is now resolved and you should be able to access your account via email client without any problems.

Also, our operations team will actively work on improving the balance for POP3 servers usage. We recommend to continue using the IMAP setup on your email clients to operate seamlessly.

Our system administration has identified that the issue is caused due to a certain load on the POP3 server usage.

The operations team has a long-term plan setup. The objective of the plan is to balance the load and route the POP3 server usage through other boxes that allow a proper flow of emails. In the interim, we recommend the users to use the IMAP setup on your email clients to operate seamlessly.
