Intermittent issue with Emails on Linux hosting servers

Our system administration team has successfully fixed the queuing issue on our hosting servers and you should now be able to send and receive emails successfully without any issue.

Our system administration team has been able to fix the queuing issue on our hosting servers. You should now be able to send and receive emails successfully without any significant delay.

We are actively monitoring the servers to ensure that the reported issues do not resurface. An update will be provided on this thread.

During the course of monitoring, we experienced a fail-over from two gateways which was worked upon by our system administration team. They were able to bring up the gateways and cut-over additional traffic to route through different cloud stations.

The emails are now flowing out in an optimal pattern and there are no significant delays for the newer set of emails. We shall continue to track the server status for extended duration and share further updates on the pulse.

Our system administration team are still noticing an intermittent queueing on certain boxes for our outbound email services. The team is proactively monitoring the service queue and maintain the optimal flow of emails.

We shall continue to track the progress on the queue for extended duration and share further updates on the pulse.

Our system administration team has fixed the outbound services on all the gateways. However, you might still face a slight delay while sending the mails until the queue gets cleared.

The team is actively monitoring the gateways to ensure that the issue is not resurfaced again and shall update this post further.

Our system administration team has identified that the backlog queue has cleared, most of the gateways are working fine except for 2 gateways where the queue will take time to clear. The email services are now operational through other gateways.

We are working on this to ensure that everything is stable. Please watch the thread for further updates.

We are currently seeing a long queue of emails on all our outbound servers which may take some time to clear and hence there will be a delay in receiving emails.

The emails are being set out without any issues but they are being received with a delay. Once the queue clears, emails will starts functioning normally.

We will continue to post updates as and when we get any more details.

We have diagnosed the cause of the issue and identified that some gateways were unresponsive.

Our system administration team was able to fix the issue. The new emails are being sent out but received with a delay. There are a lot of queued emails and hence a delay is expected.

We shall continue to track the progress on the queue and share further updates on the pulse.

We are currently seeing some delays in sending emails from a few of our Linux Hosting servers. This only impacts the outgoing emails; incoming emails are working properly.

Our System Administration team is currently investigating this issue and we will update this thread with additional information once available.
