Our system administration team was able to fix the broken DB connectivity issues. The new emails are being sent out successfully. However, there were a lot of queued emails which are now been processed in batches.
We shall continue to track the progress on the queue and share further updates on the pulse.
We are currently facing issues with delay in sending and receiving emails from our Email hosting servers.
