Our System Administration team has successfully cleared the outbound queue and we have not observed any issue since then. The emails continue to be delivered without any delay.
We would be still actively monitoring our outbound servers for an extended duration for the issue to not resurface again.

We are currently facing issues with delay in sending emails from our Email hosting servers. This only impacts the outgoing emails; incoming emails are working properly.
