Our server administration team has fixed this by clearing space on the affected MySQL server. We have verified that the error message no longer appears and you will now be able to access the database.

Investigating
We have received reports of an issue with the MySQL database for our Windows servers. You will observe the error message "Server unavailable in mysql" and the following actions will be impacted
- Accessing the database
- Database connection errors at the website
Other services will continue to function as normal. Our server administration team is working towards resolving this on priority.
We will continue to share updates on this thread as soon as we have further information.
