To automate the addition of receipts to your reseller account for the funds you transfer to the virtual account, we utilize a service called SMART Collect offered by Razorpay.
This is to bring to your attention that Razorpay has changed its banking partner for this product from RBL Bank to AXIS Bank. Consequently, the virtual account assigned to your reseller account will be deactivated on March 15th, 2024. To continue benefiting from the automated fund addition service, we kindly request that you perform the following steps:
Remove the current virtual account as a beneficiary from your Internet banking account.
Generate a new virtual account number by navigating to Billing > Add Funds in your Control Panel.
Add the new virtual account as the beneficiary in your Internet banking account.
Transfer funds to the new virtual account.
Please be aware that payments sent to the old RBL Bank account will not be accepted after March 15th, 2024, and will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days.. Therefore, we ask you to update your records with the new AXIS account.
