As part of our continued efforts to keep improving our platform stability, we will be performing the following changes on all shared Windows hosting servers:
1. OS upgrade and Security patching
As part of improving security, and performance, and providing new features on our Windows Hosting Servers, we are upgrading the servers from Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2022.
2. Plesk version upgrade
We are upgrading the Plesk version to 18.0.54, this will help to resolve the bug reported in the older versions which was causing Plesk intermittent inaccessibility issues.
3. Optimizing security tools
We are optimizing the security tools installed on the server in order to improve security with lesser CPU usage. This will resolve the intermittent load issues observed on the server which was causing actions to stuck for more than expected.
More information about each affected server, as well as timelines, will be released a few days before the scheduled maintenance.
