We would like to inform you that there is a slight change in our auto neft feature.
Our partnered bank RBL has notified us of a policy change wherein all the Virtual accounts that are idle/unused for more than** 90 days **will be disabled/closed.
Hence we request you to check if you have transacted within 90 days and if not, kindly refrain from making any payments to the Virtual account. However, if you have already made a payment, you will receive an auto refund to your Bank account within 10-12 working days.
I request you to kindly raise a support ticket to us by going to Help > Request Support from your control panel if you wish to generate a new virtual account.
