We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the provider of our backup solution. To continuously improve the services we offer, we will be transitioning from our current backup vendor, CodeGuard, to our new partner, Xcitium, effective May 19, 2026.
What does this product change mean for you?
- Your CodeGuard plan will remain active until the expiration date. You can continue to access CodeGuard through your account until then. Upon renewal, your account will be transitioned to Xcitium.
- There will be changes to the API’s when calling our platform. These changes will be updated in our knowledge base articles once we launch.
Recommended next steps:
- Please ensure you download any important historical backups to your local device before your current backup service renewal date. Once your CodeGuard plan expires, you will lose access to its dashboard. At renewal, your account will automatically transition to the Xcitium platform.
- Once your account is set up with the new Xcitium backup solution, you will need to recreate any custom configurations.
